Service Description
Our Deluxe De-shed service is perfect for pups who need a refresh without a full haircut! Each session includes: 🛁 A gentle bath with premium, skin-safe de-shedding shampoo & conditioner 💨 High-velocity blow out and fluff dry to release loose undercoat 🪮 Thorough brushing to remove loose hair and prevent tangles 🐾 Nail trim ✨ Please note: Additional De-matting/De-shedding is not included and will be charged at $1 per minute if needed.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all our clients, Enchanted Paws operates by appointment only and kindly asks that all appointments be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the desired grooming time. 🕒 Booking Notice Appointments must be scheduled no less than 24 hours before the requested time. Same-day bookings are not accepted. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees We understand that life happens! However, to respect our groomer's time and allow us to fill your spot, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment – No fee Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment – A fee of 50% of the total groom price will apply Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows – A fee of 100% of the total groom price will apply These fees must be paid before rebooking any future appointments.
